  1. Solder Paste Application:

  2. PCB Loading and Chip Programming:

    • The PCB board coated with solder paste is loaded onto a carrier. The solidification program for the chip is input and set via computer programming, with adjustments made to the solidification direction and height, and the electrode direction of the chip determined.
  3. Small Batch Bonding Test:

    • A small batch bonding test is conducted to check the appearance quality of the bonded PCB. This step ensures the correct bonding direction, the presence of solder paste, and the accuracy of the bonding position before proceeding to the next process.
  4. Reflow Soldering:

    • The bonded PCB and wafer are passed through reflow soldering, with the reflow temperature and speed set appropriately. This process ensures that the LED chip is firmly soldered. After soldering, an electrical test is conducted to verify that the LED chip emits light correctly.
  5. Silica Gel and Phosphor Mixing:

    • After testing the LED chip, the silica gel and phosphor are mixed according to the color temperature, brightness, and other photoelectric parameters specified by the customer. The mixed glue is then defoamed.
  6. Dispensing Process:

    • The circuit board is fixed onto the carrier of the dispensing machine for the dispensing process, a critical step for the success of the strip. After dispensing, the strip is baked in an oven.
  7. Testing Photoelectric Parameters:

    • The baked strip is tested for its photoelectric parameters to ensure that the data meets customer requirements.
  8. PCB Soldering and Assembly:

    • After soldering the 0.5m PCB board, the strips are connected into 5-10m lengths as per varying requirements, followed by back gluing and packaging the strip on a reel.
  9. Mass Production:

    • A small batch test is conducted before transitioning to mass production to ensure no abnormalities.
