Fault Ⅰ: After power on, the controller fault light (ERROR) flashing, point light source does not light, no animation effect output? (SVBOO)
A: This situation is generally because the controller does not read the card correctly, not output effective control program, the reasons may be.
(1). SD card inside empty, no effect files
(2). SD card in the program file name error
(The SD card is not formatted as required before copying the effect file.
(4). SD card inside the effect file and lighting chip, controller model does not match, need to contact the manufacturer to recreate the effect file
(5). Replace the new SD card and then test to exclude the possibility of bad SD card

 
Fault Ⅱ: after power on, the controller indicator is normal, there is a signal output, but the point light source no effect change? (SVBOO)
A: This situation, there are generally the following reasons.
(1). Check the signal line of the lamp and the controller is not properly connected
(2). External control lamps and lanterns signal in / out direction, check whether the control signal from the first lamp signal end into
(3). Check whether the model selected when making the effect file *.led in the SD card is consistent with the chip used in the current luminaire
(4). Luminaires and controllers must be common ground, that is, the ground GND of the luminaire and the ground GND of the controller connected to together

 
Fault Ⅲ: after the controller and the lamps and lanterns are connected, there is a change in the effect, but the lamps and lanterns strobe, while the controller indicator shows normal? (SVBOO)
Answer: (1). The ground between the controller and the lamps and lanterns are not connected
(2). Luminaire's power supply voltage is insufficient
(3). The SD card inside the effect is wrong, do the effect when the choice of fixture chip and the actual fixture chip does not match
(4). Controller to the first light is far away (distance > 10 meters), the signal transmission is unstable
 
Fault Ⅳ: After power on, the controller and the front part of the lamps and lanterns work normally, from a certain lamp to start behind the lamps and lanterns are not normal? (SVBOO)
A: This situation is generally part of the back of the lamps and lanterns failed to properly receive the signal, the reasons are usually as follows.

Failure VI: After power on, the point light source can be normal change, but there are a few individual point light source display color is different from the other? (SVBOO)
A: This situation is generally due to the lamp beads R, G, B three chips in a damaged, resulting in a lack of color display, just replace the point light source can have problems
 
Failure Ⅶ: SD card can not be formatted when copying programs? (SVBOO)
Answer: (1). First of all, confirm whether the protection switch on the side of the SD card has been unlocked, the direction of unlocking for the SD card gold pin this end
(2). Protection lock has been opened as required, but still can not be formatted, most of this case for the SD card reader is bad, please replace the SD card reader
(3). If the above operation still can not solve the formatting problem, please replace the SD card and test again.

(1). Pay attention to the power supply output voltage and LED point light source working voltage in line with.
(2). The signal line between the luminaire and the controller is correctly connected, and the controller power supply and the luminaire power supply line are recommended to be separated independently.

(4). Please disconnect the power supply when replacing the SD card in the controller, so as not to cause damage to the SD card.
