HOW TO INSTALL
Simple installation,even non-professionals can easily connect

1. led point light source is not controlled

Phenomenon: point light source is not bright or partly bright but no animation effect

Elimination: (1) check the controller - first check whether the controller switch is open, whether to read the card (normal reading is 1 light on 1 light off); (2) check the led point light source signal input direction, general point light source signal input direction for the four lines, white and green for the signal, red and white for power; (3) check the wiring problem, the controller output port of the conventional products for GND -white DAT-green line docking (4) if the correct controller switch can be powered off for about 2 minutes and then open.

2. part of the led point light source is not controlled

Phenomenon: If the animation effect of the front point light source is normal, from a point light source to start the following lights no animation effect.

Exclusion methods: (1) judge the led point light source IC (or input line) or the output line of the previous point light source is bad, replace the one or the previous light.

(2) the program to write the number of point light source is not enough, ask the business staff how much the program design (such as test procedures for 100 points, then 100 points after the led point light source will be partially bright but no animation effect).

3.Animation disorder

Phenomenon: the screen will move, but there is no regularity or part of no regularity.

Exclusion method: check whether the plug lamp and the design of the wiring diagram consistent. Please adjust the lamp wiring according to the drawing, or re-enter the actual lamp arrangement wiring diagram into the computer to redo the program.

4.The screen will flicker

Phenomenon: The animation is normal but the screen will flicker, or the front part of the light is normal, the back light will flicker. Elimination methods: (1) check the controller and the first led point light source connected to the maximum distance is not more than 8 meters (such as more than 8 meters need to increase the amplifier between the controller and led point light source) or signal line quality problems, switch to a shielding function with network cable. (2) followed by checking whether the power supply power to meet the requirements (such as 12mm full-color point light source with 300W/5V power supply can take about 800 point light source or so)

5.led point light source brightness is not consistent

Elimination method: each group of point light source head and tail of the power cord are to access the power supply (recommended the use of pure copper national standard line 1.5 square through the wire and not shortened within 3 meters).

6.some led point light source color does not come out

Elimination method: the point light source of a color is bad, the point light source to replace.

7.after the rain, some led point light source signal can not go down

Elimination: It is recommended that before the installation of the project in the led point light source in and out of the line with an insulating layer of material wrapping, which can completely exclude the water interference signal.
